At The Ancient Factory, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted treasures in a timely, safe, and reliable manner. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
  • As our products are handmade, some items may require additional time for preparation. You will be notified in case of any expected delays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure secure and timely deliveries. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Standard Shipping (India):

  • Delivery time: 5 to 10 business days (depending on location)
  • Tracking: Available

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping rate of ₹70 applies.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.


4. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Regional holidays
  • Remote location accessibility
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen courier delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but will assist you in tracking and resolving any such issues.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.
  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking portal.

6. Packaging

All our products are securely packed using eco-friendly and protective materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.


7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

The customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges. No refunds will be issued for undelivered parcels unless due to our error.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally. However, we are working to expand our reach and hope to offer global shipping in the future.
